What data we collect
We only collect the personal data you choose to enter in the inquiry form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- The subject you select and the message you write
- A record of your consent to this policy
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site. There are no measurement cookies and no outside scripts loading in your browser.
How data is sent and stored
When you submit the inquiry form, your data is sent as a JSON request to the same-domain endpoint /api/inquiry on syncmatrix.click. It is not sent to any third-party service. The request is processed by our own server on this domain and used only to reply to your inquiry.
Your cookie consent choice (accept or reject) is stored locally in your own browser, under the key syncmatrix_consent, and never transmitted to us.

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@syncmatrix.click. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.
Retention
We keep inquiry data for 24 months from your last message, so we can follow up and keep context across sessions, and then delete it unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. This period is a proposed standard and is pending business confirmation.
Your rights under the PDPA
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Delete your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances
