These Terms of Service govern your use of the syncmatrix.click website and any consultation you book with SyncMatrix Family Finance Co., Ltd. (the “we” in these terms). By sending an inquiry you accept these terms.
The service
We provide inquiry-based financial planning consultations to partners sharing expenses. A consultation is a joint sitting with both of you in the room. We sell no investment products, keep none of your funds, act as no licensed securities adviser, and promise no investment returns.
Booking and engagement
Engagement begins with an inquiry through the contact form. We respond by email, generally inside two working days. A consultation is confirmed only when both partners have agreed a session time in writing.
What we are not
Nothing on this site is personalised investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. A consultation helps you and your partner build a shared money structure. Where you need regulated advice — for example, on purchasing securities, on Thai tax filings, or on a legal contract — you should engage a licensed professional. We can help you frame the question, not replace that advice.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when you inquire, and to keep both partners informed of anything discussed in a consultation. You are responsible for decisions made on the basis of a consultation.
Fees
Where a consultation carries a fee, it is confirmed in writing before the session. No fee is charged for sending an inquiry or for our email reply. Specific fee amounts and any refund terms are confirmed with you directly and are covered in our Refund Policy.
Cancellation and rescheduling
A consultation may be rescheduled by either partner with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice by email. Details on cancellation, no-shows, and deposits are set out in the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
All site content — text, layout, and graphics — is owned by SyncMatrix Family Finance Co., Ltd. You may not copy or redistribute it for commercial use without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any consultation is limited to the fee paid for that session. We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of a consultation, or for the performance of any financial product you choose outside our service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Phuket, Thailand.

We may update these terms as our service evolves. The last revision date appears below.
